A Housing Property company in Luton wanted their offices refurbished, this involved remedial work to change the paint colour scheme on all the walls and pillars, supplying and installing new desks with electrics and cabling to desks, new chairs through out the offices and meeting rooms, bespoke upholstered booths, Tambour storage cupboards in all rooms on all floors and new Canteen furniture.

Intense planning took place with various layouts prepared to ensure that each floor and each phase was able to seat the maximum number of staff required.

This refurbishment was over 3 floors taking 4-5 months to complete.
