Is your furniture in stock?
We hold some stock; however bespoke furniture will not be in stock. personal storage lockers, site survey

How long before my furniture is delivered?
If in stock we can deliver in 7 to 10 working days, however, if we need to order in this can take up to 4-6 weeks. For bespoke furniture please allow 6-8 weeks.

Is the delivery free?

There is a nominal charge for delivery within the 25-mile radius, for outside this area including international please contact the office for a quote.

Is the furniture covered by the guarantee?
Yes, our furniture is guaranteed for 1-2 years depending on range.

Can I visit your offices?
Yes, please email or call to discuss your requirements. We can then arrange an appointment with our experienced design/sales team and they will discuss your requirements and show you the range available. However, offer a free planning service and can arrange for a representative to come to the site to discuss your requirements in more detail.

Can we supply our own fabric?
Yes, we can upholster in customers’ own fabric, alternatively, we have a wide range of fabrics to select from.

Do we qualify for a discount?
All our prices are based on the individual job by job basis and depend on the quantities purchased. We ensure clients get the best prices and discount possible for their project.

Do we have a representative in our area?
We have agents based in certain areas and an in house sales and design team who are happy to come to the site to discuss your requirements.
